    is there a way i can refresh two differnt windows, one window in aol one in internet explorer approx. 4 minutes 30 second apart at the same time.

    First of all... AOL sucks.
    MyIE2 is a broswer with tabs, among many other features. So, you can refresh more than one at a time.

    With Firefox and the &#39;Reload every&#39; extension, you can set each window to reload ever 5 minutes...

    i tryed firefox but the everyload thing doesnt work on flash site,,, any more ideas
