Night Or Day Person?

Just wondering who is a night person and who is a day person ?

I prefer the nights, i can get more work done.

don;t think my body has ever recovered from teh time 2 years ago I used to study at uni all day then do the grave shift to radio announce on radio at night

I used to have to stay up for 4 days straight and sleep for 3 days of teh week

I'm a nay person.





Naw, I'm an extreme beta, which means that my metabolism takes it's time to wake up, which in turn means that I get going late in the day, and that in turn means that I'm more active late in the day, this makes me a night person I suppose. I really liked the night shift, last time I worked on that kind of thing.

Sometimes...its just dark.

But I love the kiss of the sun also
I guess I enjoy both...but I function better at night.

I am a insomniac so sometimes the day and night just blend
into one blur.
