Audio/video Playback Issue

I dl'd the klite codec pack, but I made a big mistake, I already had Nimo codecs pack. The videos used to play properly, so I know they are real, but ever since I installed the klite pack, all of my video lengths are wrong. I need help removing all the codecs packs, from the registry, from everything, then I'm going to try and start over from there. My email is [email protected] any help is more than appreciated.
