Pink contracts are contracts given to spammers by ISPs. If the spammers pay a certain amount of money, the ISP will look the other way on the "acceptable use" policy.
Email addresses can be forged, especially if they're being used by spammers to send emails.It could even be a "feature" of the virus: someone else could have your email in their address book and the virus rips it out and sends itself around with you as the sender.
