Why can´t I connect through proxy?
When I try, it simply goes dead and nothing happens. Simply says: Connecting...

get good, checked working proxies from here, and remember you still have to check your socks5 proxies no matter where you get them from to make sure they are alive(working)

It's too bad jetje's link won't help you since those are all HTTP proxies, not SOCKS5 proxies.
