Is There A Way To See Internet Traffic

i also installed tight vnc so when im felling lazy i can update my sisters pc from mine.

i bet you could do it to connect to hers over your network and see what she is up to.

i dont want to see what shes doing, i just wanna know how many kb/s she is using...

Then install a Bandwidth Monitoring program. eg:

netlimiter
Bandwidth Monitor Pro

can you install these program on somebodies else computer and check how much they are using with out physically going to their machine

realtime...not going to her computer and checking, to be able to see, in real time (not in a log file) how much bandwith she is using.


you know what, how about this, how much bandwith is going through my router. is that possible?
