Files With Red X's On Them

Does anybody know why some files have red X's on them?

you have a router problem. You need to use port forwarding and KaNat

This is becuase you are behind a router. You cannot download from other people who are behind a router, if you are also behind a router. That sucks. BUT there is KaNAT. First forward your port (the one kazaa is using), then download KaNAT and start KaNAT when you use Kazaa and you will be able to share and download with other people who are behind a router. AND the red crosses will be gone Hope this helps
