Dll Probs

trying to play a downloaded avi file and i keep getting an error mess saying ..mpl loader..the DLL" cpuinf32.dll" can not be loaded.os reports:the specified module could not be found. when i click OK, i get the same mess but with "mplapx.dll" instead????
