    Is there a program that allows u to take screenshots from DVDs u play on ur computer?

    yes there is PowerDVD

    Ive tried that but it just does that thing where if u stop it, the pic goes...if u know what i mean

    Open Windows Media Player and make sure video acceleration is set to full (Tools>Options>Performance and slide that thingy near the bottom to full). Then play a vid, take a screenie and try and paste it into paint or wotever. It should not paste properly and move accordingly to how u move the media player. (so if u stop the vid then the pic u pasted will be gone)

    You COULD do that... or you could just use ctrl+i in WMP ... Or use the screenshot function in Media Player Classic...
