Bittorrent Restarts My Computer

I've been using bittorent for 6 months, it alwayd resarts my computer when the download rate increases too fast. I've updated my client several times, but it still is a problem. This driving me crazy. Kazaa gets download rates up to 200kbs but if bittorent gets close to 100kbs it restart my computer. please help.
