im trying to install this (legitamte version thats not mine ) and it install correctly. then i open it and when ever i do a search and click on a subject it shuts down and dosent let me see the encylopedia entry! if any1 can help plz do!

did you try to reinstall it?
did you check the system requirements?

yes i did both and i meet the requirments

have u tried installing the whole thing on ur pc? all the disks

thats what ive been doing..installing on my pc. theres only 1 disc

try updating drivers...i guess...lol

or try sfc \snannow (start>run>cmd>now type sfc /scannow and press enter). youll need ur xp disc.

if that doesnt work then do a repair install of windows.
