Why Don't Posts In The Worlds Count?

I was wondering why posts in the 'Worlds' aren't counted towards your post count.

A lot of useful posting goes on in those rooms. I'm pretty active in Hardwareworld and a lot of people get good help and advice there (some of it's even from me! B) )

If we're helping people, etc. then why don't the posts count?

I believe its just the discussion part that doesn't count towards you post count, it was a way to keep them from being spammed

Its just because there not and are you really here to increase your post count or to help people
But I see your point, may be some kind of system can be worked out in the worlds were 2 posts only count as 1 on your post count so that people don't feel like they aren't getting any recognition for the help that they give

I'm not really bothered about the posts, I was just wondering why - it didn't make much sense to me.

But I can see that it might have been an anti-spam measure, ie. MusicWorld-->FC.
