Come on folks, this is like the 6th generation of this type of thread.

Post within the rules, and use PM&#39;s to discuss problems with Mods. Speak to them politely so they respond to the problem, not to an attack. Many of these Mods are young kids and react as such.

I get pissed of here sometimes as well, but that will happen from time to time, as in any relationship. Maybe it was someone having a bad day, a misunderstanding, or a simple error and it built into an argument. These things happen, drop it and move on.

Why do people forget that the old days weren&#39;t so golden? When is the last time the board has crashed&#33; The board has been operating flawlessly for months and months, and we take it for granted&#33;

Remember the temporary board, remember the board crashing routinely, remember it being down for a week at a time.

I have always agreed that the Mods should take a minimalistic approach because they are not my on-line Mother. They are here to handle board problems, block people attempting to spam the board with links to their sites and ban flamers and trolls. Anything over that line reeks of censorship and power hungry children.

The board is free, the board rules are easy, let&#39;s have some fun.


My complaints in general:

Anti-spam needs to go.


The handling of the Billy Dean ban was an embarrassment to the Mods on this forum. It really rubbed people the wrong way. Billy&#39;s team screwed the pooch as well.

on that note, something I don&#39;t like
resetting post count when someone is banned whos bright idea was this, this leads to conspiracy theory&#39;s, if people could see what he was banned for then would save threads like this

I agree with you on all of that Hobbes, but the problem is that there hasn&#39;t been a minimalistic approach recently.

Not just the banning of billy Dean but the bannings of Haxor and Celerystalksme have also shown the team up even more in my mind and I am sure lots of other members too
