Bigger heatsink, say, the Zalman, with a fan in the PCI slot area blowing on it....

33 degrees celsius on my Tyan 9600 pro (just running at default though (400/600)). No extra cooling, just the standard heatsink and fan
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
