First off, remember to close all your tags.

As for the question, im pretty sure your refering to a type of proxy. Proxys are used to keep your identity annoymous. There are many sites you can get proxys from, i would post a link to one, but im afraid too.

Uninstall KazaaMate is full with spyware. Get AD-aware or Spybot and clean your pc of spyware.
