I cant find any freeware programs that will do this. Does anyone have a program that will do this?

It's not possible. Midi files are custom made chromatic notes. Regular music files like MP3 and such are alot more dynamic.

yes, it is. ive seen trial shareware programs that will do this. what im wondering is, does anyone have any of those programs?

they dont work , it is impossible to take an analog source and seperate the tracks and then convert to digital midi format ,
some programs fake it , but are not even close

that only converts a single instrument to midi , not a full song mate
eg pitch to midi conversion , its not for full instrments and vocal conversions
