Maxing Out

i have a ppp wan connected dsl connection from my isp -- 386 kB/ps
i live in the united arab emirates..


is there any way where i can max out my internet connection or surf/dlld at fast rates ??

please help !!!!

386 kB/ps connection adsl = reality about 35kb/s max download, if you get near that then thats all you gunna get

ur not gonna get any higher than that. thats the is max ur isp will let you download. only way to get more is to upgrade ur service.
