Had mailed them about 2 days ago .... no answer.
Called them this morning .................. Useless.

Said that the order of my upgrade had "not closed yet" so I have to wait, and no tests or anything can be performed on my line till the order "closes" ... so what do I have to do?

Just called again .. (not that sod I secretly hear them whisper)
Have been told that the order was actually supposed to be completed today
Then was told that can be anytime up to 8pm (20mins away), and if it doesnt then I'll need to call back tomorrow as the support closes at 8

Just tried download from a site, kazaa and blubster .. seems same to me ..

i uploaded at 36kbs but then it went down to 30kbs
and downloading was just the same
has it eaven done any thing apart from say "connected at 1.1mbps"

the upload speed wont change .. 30kb will be around the max .. suprised to see the download speed is same, maybe it takes a while to kick in .. showing it as 1mb for now to keep us on the edge of our seats.
