We had a house on the beach when i was young.
Just as 200 more peeps on the 1/2 square mile...........
But i made some amazing beachhuts on poles those days...........
(just recall i have a pic from those days......i'll scan it once and post it...)

Apolgies ....that image wastaken fom the Maldives - the most luxorious resort in the world
maybe you could down grade to
it only reuires that you colour the bottom of pond bluish but carefull on the clorine
having a house by the sea is very nice but......
