There's a Winamp plug-in called Kill Winamp (it will turn of winamp and/or your computer after a preslcted number of songs or minutes) available for free at winamp.com
I've been using it for months now and I never had anything to complain about!

You want task scheduler to run the command "shutdown.exe -s".

Run the Add a Scheduled Task Wizard and choose the shutdown.exe program in your Windows\System32
    folder.

When you get the end of the wizard, check the box that says something like. "Open
advanced settings when I click finish"

In the "Run:" box, add the -s at the end so it reads:
    C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -s

shutdown -r would restart, shutdown -l would logoff, and so on...type shutdown in
a command prompt and it will show the options.
