I came home and on my screen was "14 days left for your trial period"
I thought only nod32 spotted cracked versions.
how'd they know I had a crack I've been using it for 6mos.
this sux. The cracked version license was supposed to last until 2021

Not exactly. My version started saying e-mail server edition or something like that (I;ve been using NOD32 lately). I think the new updates are messing with all the cracked versions. Like if you install it in a new computer and update it with the latest updates, the whole program will be useless instead of saying it has an invalid key.
There is a keygen you can find. It may till work. The thing is, everyone has been using that key. I know the one you're taling about.

NOD32 is excellent. Much harder to crack though.

Is avg 6 the free edition just as good?
Did anebody try to reinstall it?
It seems you can't get anything for free these days
i had the same thing, but i uninstalled and then re-installed the same version using the same key and have got all the virus updates againg. my expiry date is back to the year 2021!!
ive tried both versions and come to the conclusion that the free version is better to use , for me anyway , it also seems to use less resources than the pro version
