what are the filenames?
when u try to del these dll dose it come up with a error message or dose ur pc says somthing??
cannot delete they they are in use and ive tried safe mode and other methods.
they might be dll that the os needs for the system to work properly. y do u want 2 del them for anyway????
use your win 2k cd mate n boot in to the recovery console...log on to your installation then try to delete..
Try logging on in safe mode as the admin. Then go to the command prompt instead of using windows and bring the file you want to erase and erase/ del the name of the file.
The command would be afer you have found the directory
Del "name of the file"
or
Erase "name of the file"
You have to unregister dlls before you can delete them but it's easy.
Click Start, then Run and type this:
regsvr32 /u "<path and name of dll file>"
...then click OK. Now you can delete it.
For instance if you want to unregister kernel32.dll in the Windows\System32 folder, type this into the Run box:
regsvr32 /u "c:\windows\system32\kernel32.dll"
Simple, eh?
