Here's an archive with some screensavers.
There is a matrix screensaver included. I love messing with my friends by putting their names and phone numbers in it and have it randomly popup.
I found a 3d one, but it kind of sucked, and I lost it while ago. The other screensavers are pretty cool, though.

a nice one was posted on this board some time ago........ it was called zmatrix, and was a sourceforge release........ this screensaver can also function as a moving wallpaper try searching sourceforge for it (or this board)
