Download Speed Slow Behind Firewall

My internet is currently connected to a router that of course has a firewall. Now, whenever it is behind that firewall, the download speeds off of Kazaa Lite are very low. When connected directly to the internet, i get really high internet speeds. I know it has to do with the firewall but i need to know what ports kazaa lite uses so I can use the port forwarding on my router. Any help would be appreicated
