when i view websites, how do i make them bigger, i mean the writing is small, i do know of the option in 'view' at the top but that doesnt seem to have the desire effect that i want. for example this very forum, the page does not fully fit the frame around it if you know what i mean.

it depends on what u use to browse the pages - Try firefox by mozilla, it has a nice "increase text size" option

i have done the text size thingy already, but thats not it, the problem is that my web pages are smaller than IE, i mean there is a border on each side of the actual web page in IE, i want the web pages to fully fit in the IE browser. i hope you understand that
