Can you play your music files through the Winamp player?
Was just looking at my Music Folder...right click an any music file, and click "Play". And see if Winamp will play that file.
I just clicked the "Play All" button, and I even received an error "Choosing to 'Play' 2103 items at once may take a long time and cause your computer to respond slowly".. You're overloading your player.
Just go into Winamp and fill your Music Library, and go from there.
If all fails...do the following:
Uninstall Winamp and install MusicMatch!
Rated #1 for the last 3 years, never had any problems.
