well.. one reason I didn't keep firefox for long
When I came here I then went searching around all the firefox forum to get an answer. It has been brought up a lot there with no solution. Maybe firefox will fix it for their next release.

well.. one reason I didn't keep firefox for longfirefox is such a better browser...for tons of reasons...if you let something that small get in your way, then methinks you're just stubborn anti-change.
Or you've sold your testicles to Bill Gates.

And what exactly makes Firefox better than IE?firefox is such a better browser...for tons of reasons...![]()
hmm...asspie
It actually adheres to web standards, open source (users can create extensions, themes, etc), tabbed browsing, better-looking html/css rendering, faster (for some), supports .png transparancies without javascript (like IE 6 needs), easy to mangage bookmarks, more secure, etc etc etc

EVERYTHING!
faster loading
popupblocker built in
bettter interface IMO (more customizable)
themes
tabbed browsing
lots of other features that IE doesnt have.
Faster, tons of addons and extension, reliable, it make browsing easy like the right click menu for example : u can just copy the url by one click not going to link properties and then copy the url, its one of the best thing FF has which non of them is included or can be included in IEOriginally posted by Filliz@19 May 2004 - 04:43

"You can be mad as a mad dog at the way things went; you can swear and curse the fates, but when it comes to the end, you have to let go"Benjamen button
yeah,those little things rock too.
I especially love the "Copy Image Location" option in the context menu when you right-click an image.
oh and the "view background image" one, and the "view image" one that opens the image in a window of its own.
