Fdisk A Hard Drive

ok a friend has 2 hard drives in her computer she wants to fdisk and reformat the c:\ drive can the partition be deleted and reformated without disconnecting the d:\ drive

yes it will be fine being left connected. in fdisk it will have a list of al partitions across all hard drives, just make sure you select teh right one is all. and to format it just ype format C:.

thanks i know you cant just delete c: if both partitions are one drive
