Having tried Canadian and American bacon (wtf is that fatty streaky shit???)

I have come to the conclusion that the very best bacon is English Back bacon from a local butchers shop.

Thick slices, more meaty than fatty, tasty as part of a great English Breakfast with Daddies sauce.
