I need help, can you make a normal keyboard/synth into a midi one?

Hmmmm.... could be Musicworld... could be Softwareworld... could be Hardwareworld...

I honestly don't know what's involved, so I have no clue where to put this. For now, here is okay.

    hey, that is my field!!!!

Yes, you can!!!! If you want to do it yourself, forget it and buy one: time involved

and material needed, given your keyboard/synth is analog and detachable,

make it allmost impossible.(note: we made a custommade midi-controller with

    32 faders, 64 endless controlbuttons, 64 triggers with a total of 3072 functions;

it took us three years to design and build)

Yamaha has kit's to attach to a grandpiano: starts at 25.000 euro.......

Errrmmm .... buy one, a controllerkeyboard.

Evolution has cheap ones that function okay, but the keys are shite; m-audio is

one step up and the best are made by Fatar, esp. if you like "hammer"-action,

    like with a conventional piano..........

    Was that showing off enough???

    good luck!!!

    Cool!

I'm not to fussed for "control" its really as basic as a hooking keyboard up to cakewalk or reason.

    I'll do the control afterwards.

Maybe I should fleece the boss instead :music1: i'll try and get one today!

    (provided I get money)

If it's only for hooking up with your pc and just for keys, look for a usb-connected

    one.

Saves you the money of a midi-interface......

The oxygen of m-audio is nice......
