Ad/spy Ware Like Crazy!

i just reformatted my comp. then i started to get ad/spy ware like crazy and i havent dled a think yet. i installed spybot, adware, spysweeper, and spywareblaster but they keep coming back. i think i first got it from a pop up from some sites i went to because i still havent installed ad mucher yet. do i have to reformat again?? if i do i guess i should get admucnher first then spywareblaster, then do all the windows updates. thanks for ur help

hey peat...m8 when the spy/ad ware apps have finish'd they should tell you where they're coming from..

@ck-uk When I format and reinstall I always seem to forget to disable messenger . I just thought mabey an easy fix.
