Cement Came Out My Nose

Today me, my dad, and my mom, were ripping the tiles out of my kitchen, and also ripping off the cement.

that was about an hour ago, i've since washed up. Now just about 5 minutes ago i blew my nose and all this grey stuff, looks like cement, came out :x

then after i realised what it was, i went to blow again and blood came out :x :x

then my nose bled for a few minutes.

What the hell is going on? Is this bad for me, or did blowing my nose get it out of my system?

btw, no i can't sniff water, i can't sniff anything puposly...

your fine brick/cement dust has never hurt me before but i dont gett nose bleeds from it.

now do like all the other builders and head off down the pub after work so you dont notice this kinda stuff.

lol I found one of those in the basement and used it for the lest 20 mnutes of the job. but mine was a better one, we stole it from the hospital during the sars threat when i had my broken leg, it looks liek this:


special little vent in the middle where the air i breath goes out...not sure why though lol.
