well if this guy has a dynamic ip then banning him from peerguardian would be useless but i see where you are coming from i hate users like that however u gotta watch that the person is not just using the privacy patch so it simply looks like he/she is not sharing and leeching

You will find that people have put up IP's already b4 and the 'admins' here stated that they didnt want this done!!...so use your obvious frustration and anger towards leeches in a more possitive manor and just let it go...its people like you who put up posts like this that makes me think that your probably a bigger leech then the person whos IP you put up
If you had more of a clue then you would realise that its pointless putting an IP up as dial up peoples IP's will change everytime they connect to the net...so ask yourself this...was your post that you started a bit dumb....
