the usual setup for most pcs with more than 3 fans is all intake minus 2 exhaust in the rear under PSU. That is what gets the best airflow and keeps everything going in one direction. And you can buy all kinds of filters, if you're worried about looks you can even buy fancy chromed filters, uv coated filters, all kinds of shit.
