Really, what would that be.

The bulk of the things I used to post weren't funny, at least not in that way.

It was things like games, quizzes, peculiar or weird websites, videos and flash files.

Some of it may have been considered funny, however that is very much a subjective test, what is funny to one person may be pathetic or offensive to another.

I choose to post them in The Lounge because that is for anything. Would I post games in the "funny" section, or quizzes.

The real problem for me is the wording of the Poll. For two reasons :

Firstly there was no option to leave things the way they were. Perhaps the Mod did not consider that an option (which sends a message to those who read the Poll including me).

Secondly The options were 1, J'Pol is a spammer (implying that people didn't want to read the stuff) 2, I Wouldn't read the stuff (as at 1) 3, Who ?

So not a lot of choice there.

Like I said it is mildly offensive and was posted without any discussion with me. I think others may have taken exception to this.

However I am serious when I say no hard feelings for anyone. It is just people expressing an opinion, about something which is quite frankly trivial. It is just as easy for me not to bother and post them at the other site as indicated earlier. I have agreed this with With. I am sure he will tell me if it becomes a problem.

I read the stuff posted, in fact some of them i spend inordinate amounts of time playing or failing at





I assumed J'Pol and everyone else, would take the Poll as humerous.... Hindsight is such a wonderful thing

Like I have been saying, no hard feeling to anyone. It's no big deal.

The problem wasn't the question, it was the options for answers. In fact when you look at it there weren't any actual options (see my last).

I like to think of you as a mate, I sincerely trust this trivial matter will not change that. It certainly won't for me.

It certainly changed nowt for me.

But as to the options..

Option 2:

Well, i tend not to read threads over a couple of pages unless i have to... and yours would take off big time. I'd miss out... so it was a vote to keep things as they are: which is what i voted for btw



I shoulda copy/pasted the original options...but the board was playing up and i was in a hurry...so i have to apologise to the thread starter and everyone else too, not just your good self.



Edit: Actually, i may have voted Option 3 for a laugh...but i cant remember

I don't see what the drama is...

some peeps like the links some don't.....

the poll seems to be a thing of humour not designed to upset anyone.. and yet....

we all know that polls here don't always offer the full range of options and shouldn't be taken seriously... this is the lounge after all

J'Pol, I'm not sure why you have decided to take you link posts to another smaller forum, it's not what I would have expected from you...

Sorry if this comes across as harsh, it's not intended as such.

However I really and truly have no interest in what you would have expected of me. You have your ways and I have mine, the fact that we are so different is, I am sure, a source of joy to both of us.

There are people whose opinions I value, you aren't one of them. I am entirely sure that the situation is exactly the same for you, if not more so. I have read your forum often and have seen what people think of me. It really is not a problem, in fact I am vain enough to enjoy the attention.

Please continue to enjoy yourself using me as a figure of scorn and ridicule. It means that you are not doing it to someone else.

Spot on J'Pol, and still don't get how the mods/admin put up these unfathomable
polls.

There can be no result, its like the "What browser do you visitors us?". Unless you
only had 1 visitor of course...

Even more preposterous was the "Is Rappy a treible person?", nevermind the obvious answer, but whats treible?
