Ooh Child by Dusty Springfield? I think it was from a movie. Something strange like Futureworld, or maybe the original Stepford Wives. I can't quite remember, and I'm not sure if that's the right artist either. I was thinking it was The Carpenters, but I can't find it by them on AMG.

Cool, glad I could help. Now about that movie, I'm not so sure anymore. The more I thought about it last night I eventually realized that I might be confusing it with "There's Got To Be A Morning After" by Maureen McGovern, which was from The Poseidon Adventure.
