Does either one of those programs that u recommand can change their upload speed and download speed ? Why you say it is good ? Thanks

azureus
and yes azu can do just about anything any other one can and more

i use to use shadows when i first started and a couple days later i heard about azureus and have been using it ever since.

Azureus - good info, flexible, multi-torrent, en-suite tracker, the best.

I still like Shadows, it still does its thing and works great.

In the process of "trying" to ge the best one, I tried bitornado bitcomet shadows azureus and some other piece of crap someone sent me, I liked azureus the best, the way it's setup is so simple and well laid out, it's the best for managing torrents. And it's pretty fast.
