FireFox is teh sexay but the only problem is that all the emoticons and urls imgs go to the bottom of the posts you type, and you then have to copy and paste them to go where you want.
Is there a plug in for this?![]()

Firefox is generally better than IE expect for the IPB thing...those Mozilla sons of bitches
I should have expected a typo somewhere in my post
There's a number of different reasons why people prefer Mozilla Firefox - Tabbed browsing, easy-to-install plug-ins, clean & customisable interface, pop-up blocker etc.
But one of the main reasons is internet security - Many of the spyware, attacks etc are either designed to be used in the IE engine or to use one or more of the IE engine's security holes (respectively). Using a Gecko browser* renders many of them useless or unable to work properly - Hence why most of us Firefox users haven't seen more that 20 (or even 10) unwanted pop-ups since switching to FireFox.
As for SlimBrowser, this quote from their site says it all:
It uses the IE engine rather than its own - Pretty much a souped-up version of IEWin95+IE4 is the minimum requirement. Win98+IE5 is recommended. Slim Browser runs on all 32-bit windows systems, i.e., Win95/98/ME/NT/2k/XP/2003. A few minor features may not be available under win95.Doesn't make you safer on the net.
Now to add up this totally unbiased analysis...FireFox forever!
*i.e. a web browser that uses the Gecko rendering engine instead of IE's propiatery engine
TRU.DAT
SlimBrowser has a popup blocker and script blockers and so on, but once a hole
is found it gets screwed, SB is somebodys Delphi exam project & mshtml.ocx...

What's the bigdeal with Firefox.
It's got a pop up blocker![]()
Built in Google bar![]()
Everything dl'd to the desktop![]()
Not dissing it, just don't what the big deal is![]()
Tabbed browsing so everything is in the same window, easy to install and very useful plugins, easy to change themes on it. Also it is more secure than IE and is the proverbial bee's knees IMO
edit - if only it had a spellchecker![]()

I'd say teh big deal is, like said before, teh Engine.
Its not IE, thus its a bit more secure.
I got Firefox here too.
