Trying To Upgrade Xp Ps 2, What Do I Do?

I'm trying to up grade windows xp (corp) pro, it's saying I have an invalid code, the code that I did have was working fine for sp 2 updates until now, the must have updated a list of serials or something. What do I do? Can someone help me?

would be nice if people did a little research and looked into the PID 640 issue on sp2 rc...I wouldn't be installing the service pack until it goes full release (I lied coundn't resist having a peek at it in my laptop (use it for test purposes only))NO issues here

Imo unless one wants trouble. Wait until SP2 goes FINAL. Then wait another couple months to see what M$ has up their ass.
