Haven't seen all, but agreed.

Ghost dog, dead man, and night on earth are all great.
Coffee and Cigarettes is not bad either, and I hear good things about Down by law which I'm watching next

i saw the opening half-hour(ish) of Dead Man, it was pretty good, but then i saw Stranger Than Paradise and was very bored

Ghost Dog is also pretty slow and it was on TV late at night so fell asleep watching it
