It has come to my attention that there are alot of sites hosting the same images.

Is it that when it comes to porn anything goes?
can you just grab porn pics from other sites and make your own hawt site?

Cause it seems like it.

(or they are all made by the same person)

the question is...

How old are you kid?

Why do you care so much if they all in the same site? You planning to make your own?

Thats just sick...

These people out there are all different and are jsut taking pictures from any other pr0n sites and adding it on to there own.
edit: this is not allowed on this forum

So you are implying that all people that run porn sites are underaged teenagers
and suffer from some illness.

okay

on the cointrary people who run those sites must logical minded people cauz it seems to be the simplest and fastest way to make cash of the net.

Voetsek- thanx- i know about the strict copyright laws of images
see web law : http://www.patents.com/weblaw.sht
it still seems these sites are "sharing" with each other though

ya ur right, these sites dont care shit about copy right laws, they just copy.

If they do get caught the site will simply get shut down, and u know how easy it is to get it back up running again

That's fine a few years back a lot of solicitors in the usa gave up law to start and run adult sites due to the high profit i have on my travels seen start up kits so to speak a company will give you all you need to get up and running for a price perhaps this is what you have seen just be careful where you run your site from if you start one people in the uk have started sites and run them from offshore as a way to bypass uk law and that has failed ok some people do this but if you were in the uk just be aware you may cross the legal line good luck to you

ugh, read the original post! zedaxax doesn't want to start a pr0n site, he was merely curious about the images that seem to crop up at several of them.

here is what I know:

for every photograph that is taken in a private place, i.e. indoors or on private land. someone, somewhere owns the copyright. whether it be the subject in the picture, the photographer or some third party. if the piccy is taken in a public place then usually the photographer gets to own the copyright.

however because of the ease of proliferation of pics over the internet due to newsgroups in the main and, of course, filesharing plus the relative anonymity associated with the net, it's not common practice for a company to sue another company, or individual if they use their pr0n picture, they merely send a request to remove it from their site.

lastly since pr0n is abundant, anything over, say, 6 months old is considered to be practically worthless so most companies wont even bother with an email asking for another to remove it's older pr0n images.

and that is why the web is awash with pr0n
I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -
