I Thought That With Overnet, 11 Kb/s Upload =

So why is it that when I set my uploads to maximum 11 kb/s, It automatically sets my download rate to 55kb/s? and when I try set it higher or to 0 (machine limit) (my maximum is 64kbs) it just automatically puts it back down to 11?

Not that unlimited.

I believe in the new version you need to share 20kbps to get unlimited download ... 25 just to be safe
