Ta very much N£MO. I'm actually from England not one of the "Colonies"!!! Have you been watching the bombs rain into Baghdad?? Good T.V, the best (and I mean, as a spectacle) since Sept. 11th. Awesome footage!! How long before Hollywood makes a shit movie version?? My guess is 18 months. Shame about all the inevitible casualties, whatever side they are on. May all their Gods go with them.
And remember "Fuck Eminem!!!!"

I dont have an outspoken opinion either way about the war in Iraq...I am a U.S citizen, and proud to be one.I dont have to agree with what my country is doing, but I must support my country and its people because of the fact that I am an American, and proud to be one. I pray,as we all should ,that no matter the outcome, may the "gods" whoever he/she/it/they may be will have mercy on all of us.

Well, I believe that this topic has expired. The war is already in progress.
You can protest all you want, but protesting has never stopped a major war. I commend all of you for your efforts and opinions.
For an American to protest now, and not support the troops, is almost saying, "I am pro-Saddam". As you know, Saddam has supported terrorists, who directly affect you in one way or another. Don't be pro-terrorists.

Hi again guys..
Zardoz my dear I really agree with your feeling of impotency facing a stupid decision and the need to say "not in my name!!"
But pleaz help keeping the debate positive and stop spamming the thread , flamming anyone opposed to you won't help....
If you really don't like bush's policy may you should not act as he do....
Sorry Petal I'm sure if you put your little mind to the question then maybe someone will explain it to you

Another thing that has been pissing me off is all the bloody school kids taking a day off to "protest" against a war that 99.9% of them know fuck all about. Do any of them remember the gassing of the Kurds in Halabja? Or the gassing of Iranian soldiers? I seriously doubt it. If they are that committed to peace and tolerance why don't they try and protest in one of the countries named in the (in)famous "Axis of Evil" speech? See how far they get protesting the point there!! At least in the Western world you are free to express your opinion however misguided. I'm not worried about this conflict but the coming showdown with North Korea - they are fucking crazy !!!!
I hope this provokes some sort of intelligent reply and not just a gratuitous flaming.
Whatever happened to the American Psycho forum?????
Typacal of true independent though.
They disagree with me so therefore they are ignorant.
I think you should be more respecteful of the next generation

Please keep me in mind I do not chose to be involved in this WAR.
I will stand by your side.

another thing you guys have to remember is.. war is a part of history like it or not it happens...
and i am sorry if i was rude to you..whatever your name is (i am to lazy to look )
i was merely trying to get my point across... nothing is that simple..
and im not trying to be smartass.. i just happen to be a military enthusiast and so i have read up on this type of stuff.. not trying to be smart just sharing knowledge there is a difference obviously your lacking the intellect to do this.
Zardoz.. this is a good thread and it has raised lots of questions.. nice work mate
EDIT: soopaman .. i am ont of the 0.01% then i know all about the gassing.. and i know what he has done.. i have to agree to some extent... some of these kids or would be young adults need to learn a lesson or two in modern history..
Thank you.
It's only some people that do not notice the provotcaation
that I deliver. I thing if you make people angry you get the real them.
