The Windows Media Player TOURS and SKINS can be removed.
Everything under Communications and Messaging can be removed, although some stuff you may want to keep.
Anything under Accessories is safe to uninstall, but I had no cursor after removing them so I think you should leave that.
All teh accessibility stuff can be removed.
The SYSTEM SERVICES and SYSTEM TOOLS AND UTILITIES can be removed.
Under multimedia there are a few things you might want to remove, might not...up to you.
