Just wondering how serious these reports on IE being flawed really are. I heard a few days ago that people were being urged to steer clear of IE until a bug was fixed and now further reports are coming out from the major net watch agency in the U.S that user should switch as people are at risk using it (from hackers etc).

Normally I use IE though I have Firefox on this machine (IE tends to load quicker and I have things setup better in IE). I just assumed MS would release a patch for this like they normally do but the reports seem a little more serious this time around

    > X 0.4, Quickly clear privacy-related data

x adds a toolbar button from which you can quickly clear privacy sensitive data, specifically: history, form info, saved passwords, download history, cookies, and the cache (both disk and in memory cache).

Clicking the button gives you a dialogue window from which you can select which data you want clearing.
It doesn't automatically clear upon exit, you must click the button and press OK. If you decide to try it, after install and restart, right click the toolbar > customize and drag the paranoia button to the tool bar.
