then make your shortcut point to kpp.exe /kzlock instead of kpp.exe

ne dodo can fiddle wit the shortcut specially wen they cant get to Kazaa n this will be tha 1st tip in most sites to get around the protector, dont want to make it easier for the siblings, do we?

that is why i asked to start it for /kzlock OR if isKazaLocked = true
the / kzlock in your shortcut is only to decide launch kzlock or not when KAZAA IS NOT LOCKED

se that was what made KzLock so HUGE, not the GUI but the fact that i made that GUI for Delphi.

Masm is restricted to ugly but effective for now. but i will look into it.

i dont see what the big problem is in having a 500kb installer. its not exactly going to take long to download is it?

Pho3nix, i give up. u win! Einstein can u add an option like Start wit Kazaa(if its enabled then start wit Kazaa unlocked) but if Autolock is also enabled, start wit Kazaa locked. if its not(Start wit Kazaa or watever), then dont start it, but pls dont fiddle wit shortcuts. (Pho3nix u better agree wit this)

same goes for u Longdong, pls read previous posts b4 posting. the Masm32 version, with the same effectiveness of the delphi version n a whopping size difference (even though it comes at a cost of the lack of GUI) is to increase chances of the Protector being included in the Kazaa Lite installer.
now for the bugs
1st n BIGGEST bug, its a stand alone version n not those kpp patches, Kazaa can be started witout Protector(end Protector n KazaaLite.kpp n access through default shortcut). Einstein Protector must be those kpp.exe patches best way to ensure better security
