Changing the PIPs isn't a major change, like moving the board to phpbb or something. It's just little pictures. Improves the board's appearance.
Why does it take so long to decide?

And aren't exams over like a month ago for college\uni people, and for high schoolers like 2\3 weeks ago?

I wasn&#39;t keen on the new stars posted by newscaster (I didn&#39;t like the button type background they had). The ones at the moment seem fine (I like the admins/mods/forum star ones).

Also theres a new version of the board coming out in a few days time (IPB v2.0) so the admins will have alot of other things on if they choose to upgrade
