Sygate Personal Firewall Free One

Hi,

I am wondering if Sygate free edition is any good. I am on Zone Alarm but since i cannot update it cos of the P2P thing that makes it hard to download things whats Sygate like and should i download the Pro one instead of free is their much of a difference.

yes theres a big difference ! sygate uses less resources than za ,is easy to configure and makes no problems when it comes to P2P B)

So sygate is ok then cool well i am using it now so far so good. Thats also good about resources. I do not think i will need the Pro version does it give much more protection.

It does not affect connection speed at all does it. I get speeds of 54 - 56KBPS on BitTorrent using ZoneAlarm Pro now on Sygate Personal Free i am getting 45 - 50 on BitTorrent maybe its a tracker thing do u think thats anyhting to do with sygate.
