If so how many a day? I want to quit because it's a disgusting habit. If you don't smoke for a day you can really smell it on other smokers.

So, people who eat garlic smell worse

I smokoe somewhere between 5 and 30 per day, depends how stressed or pissed I am

it would be interested to see how many people have successfully kicked the habit.

Ex-Smokers are the most arogant people on the planet, non smokers generally are ok with people who smoke, but Ex-Smokers are like old women, moaning and fake coughing when ever they see someone smoking
