Is there a program that I can use which will hide my IP even when I open up programs which require the internet outside of IE6 i.e MSN, AIM, Norton etc...
I wasn't going to buy it in the first place, so me downloading it for free isn't losing them any money.

For aim find a proxy server that supports tunneling and that should log you in under the proxy ip.
Also try Internet Anonym 6 from steganos I think. There used to be a totally free full version of that suite on their ftp server, but I'm not sure if that's still available.
